Institutional and academic rates are reserved for verified student researchers, doctoral candidates, and faculty members. Please submit official credentials prior to checkout to receive a promotional access code. Standard rates apply without verification.

Licensing, verification & key management
How do Students and Researchers obtain the verified discount code?
Before completing checkout, send your official academic proof (such as your CVEC certificate in France, university student card/Paso in Greece, or institutional research proof) to support@efprp.org. You will receive a discount code reducing the Student plan from €10.99 to €2.99/mo and the Researcher plan from €15.99 to €4.99/1k requests.
How are multi-key bundles delivered after checkout?
When purchasing a plan with multiple keys or an API Key Expansion Bundle (+10 or +100 keys), our provisioning system generates all keys simultaneously and sends them in one consolidated email. Every key is also immediately visible in your Developer Dashboard.
What happens if I reach 100% of my monthly request quota?
On hard-capped plans (Spark, Student, PAYG, and Developer 10k–10M), requests are paused with HTTP 429 Too Many Requests and you receive an automated quota notification email. Unmetered plans (Researcher, Education Metered, Business, and Enterprise) never cut off traffic and bill strictly for actual additional usage.
Can I suspend or delete a single API key without affecting my other keys?
Yes. In your Developer Dashboard, every API key attached to your account or organization is listed individually. You can suspend, reactivate, roll, or permanently delete any single key without interrupting your remaining active keys.
When are Business Name and Tax ID required at checkout?
Business Name and Tax ID fields are required for Educational/University, Business, and Enterprise subscriptions for VAT compliance. They are optional on Developer and Researcher plans, and completely hidden on Spark, Student, and Pay-As-You-Go plans.
Can we upgrade or add key bundles at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade your base tier or attach a 10-Key Developer Bundle (€25/mo) or 100-Key Enterprise Bundle (€250/mo) at any point during your billing cycle, with immediate automated key dispatch.
